I have tried different recipes for making banana bread and this was the third time that I made banana bread and it was the most successful one so far! So delicious and it looked and tasted almost like as if you would buy it in the bakery! :D
I used the recipe below and tweaked it a bit. I used 5 very ripe bananas and used less sugar and replaced some of the whole wheat flour with (1/4 cup) cake flour (低麵粉). Besides the walnuts on top of the bread, I also incorporated chopped walnuts into the mixture. After baking it for 30 min. I covered the bread with aluminum foil, so the walnuts wouldn't get roasted too much. I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome and will use this recipe from now on!
